No confirmation of order without advance payment - Due to huge demand, some of the designs posted in this website may be available only for one day. Any enquiry by customer doesn't mean that order is confirmed by us until advance payment is paid by her.
Check the PINCODE availability before confirmation of any item - We parcel thru DTDC. So, you must check PINCODE availability before confirmation of any item. If any order is placed by a dealer without checking PINCODE availability, there is chance that parcel is either delayed or undelivered or retuned or missed by DTDC. In such case, we don’t take any responsible for cancellation or refund of lost items.
Expected days of delivery of ordered items – Delivery of ordered items may take 5 to 7 working days from the date of order of items. However, in exceptional cases it may take more than 7 days.
Shipping cost – Fixed charge is Rs 100 per order, however it may be Rs 175 per item in case of longer distance of delivery or larger items like bridal sets or hip belt.
Tracking Number- We provide the tracking number of parcels only if ordered items is not delivered within 7 days from the date of order of item. We don’t entertain any request for tracking number within 7 days from the date of order of item.
