RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Before ordering any item from www.QwinJewels.com, please review our cancellation, return and refund policy for a hassle-free experience.

Customer’s Responsibilities:

1. Check the Package on Delivery: When receiving the package, ensure it isn’t damaged. If damaged, refuse the delivery and inform us via WhatsApp link within 6 hours.
2. Unboxing Video: Record a 360-degree video when opening the package. This video is required if an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect or you want to return it for any reasons.

Cancellation Policy:

Once the order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be canceled in transit. However, return is allowed if you are unhappy with the jewelry after delivery. For more details, please check Return & Replacement policy.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: In case of incorrect or incomplete addresses, customer will be responsible for missing of item in transit or any extra shipping costs.

Refund Policy:

Full cash refunds are provided if the ordered item is out of stock or if we fail to ship it within 10 days of the order. In other cases (like return), refunds will be in the form of a credit for future purchases (not cash refunds).

Refunds may take 4-7 business days after cancellation or return. Instant refunds are not available. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. •Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Resend Policy:

If an ordered item is missing, you must notify us thru WhatsApp link within 24 hours with a 360-degree video as a proof. We will either resend the item or offer a cash refund if the product is unavailable.

Compensation Policy:

If there’s minor damage that you can repair yourself, we suggest doing so by yourself. We offer cashback of Rs. 50 for product value up to Rs 500 and cashback of Rs. 50 for product value up to Rs 500. For more serious issues, please check Return & Replacement policy.

Easy Return \ Replacement Policy - At the time of shipping, all products are checked, verified, and shipped in good condition. However, we accept return in acceptable cases, without asking further questions. Return / Replacement request is subject to verification and checks to determine the legitimacy of return/replacement request by the respective buyer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item found damaged or used or doesn’t meet our conditions.

Acceptable Reasons for Return:

• The item is found damaged upon delivery.
• Wrong model, color, or size is delivered.
• You don’t like the design, size or color of jewelry after delivery.

Return Process:

• It is mandatory to inform us via WhatsApp link within 12 hours of delivery.
• Provide the unboxing video (mandatory for approval).
• Returned products must be unused.
• Post verification, we will inform customer to ship the product at our address. Don’t send the product before our confirmation.
• Return the item in its original packaging via Speed Post or DTDC at your expense.
• Refunds will be in the form of a credit for future purchases (not cash refunds).

Exchange, return or refund is not accepted in below cases

• Item is not return in the original package.
• Item is used by customer.
• Opening video is not provided.
• Missed to inform us within 12 hours from the time of delivery of items.
• Custom-made items like bridle set etc Or items on clearance sale, Or Item listed under “Deal of the day”.
